Chosen Living is building relationships with treatment programs, outpatient programs, case managers, hospitals, court and reentry professionals, housing navigators, and community organizations across Orange County.
We are preparing to serve as a structured housing option for appropriate adults who need a stable next step after clinical care, incarceration, or a difficult housing situation. Chosen Living provides housing, not clinical or medical services
